Probably it's the most advanced clone of Wolf3d, but the game had some clipping bugs and jerky movement (intentionally, probably due to low CPU power of the '90s)Īnother characteristic of the game is that here is no exit door. Unfortunately the downloads at the official site are broken (google drive links that are not working anymore)įrom technical aspect, the engine has nothing to do with the Doom engine, it is closer to the Wolf3d engine, with many additions like textured floors and ceilings, variable floor & ceiling heights, slopes(!), elevators, 8 sprite rotations, transparency and light diminishing depending on eye distance (like Doom).
The official web site was down a few days ago but now is up: I couldn't find an official website though, so I hope this will do. The source code is freeware, as well as the game itself.
